  • Drying in a paper bag.

I have been growing for years. Way back a book gave an easy method for curing pot. 1/2 dry by hanging up, usual method, Always dark and well ventalated Then put in a paper bag. Keep in a warm, dry place for 2-3 weeks tell dry. They said to be sure it was warm. The hanging only take 2-3 days, as only 1/2 dry. Anyone else heard of this? I now read to dry it slow, in a cool, dry place. Wondering!

Buds dried quickly by raising the temperature into the 90s F (32~35*C) will lose most of their Terpenes, the odor molecules.

As a result high~heated dried bud is not as fragrant as cool dried. High temperatures also creates an uneven dry. The outside dries crisp, while the inside remains moist.
