Your organizations effort will have a cheaper and possibly better chance of success if your attempt is not to legalize but to have marijuana rescheduled to a Class II or Class III. Preferably a Class III aspirin is a Class III the Feds want a piece so let them have it. Go with Rescheduled over legalization it will come faster...
