Can you show us a couple photo's of the plants. That way we can get a better understanding of the situation. And what have you done, as far as nutrients? Also tell us what is in your soil mix.

Do you have plenty of air movement around your plants? It is the swaying in the breeze that naturally gives plants their stem strength. Sometimes, when grown indoors, plant stems can become thin and weak. Most growers use an oscillating fan on their plants to keep stems strong and healthy.
