I've seen some for sale and are wondering if there worth what their asking in price or if they are truly as good as they claim.or is it better to piece it out. Any suggestions or advice would be really helpful. As in gorilla grow tents vs others using 2 600 hids or 2 1000 hids in a 5x9 tent, or go smaller tent with an led

Grow tents and cabinets are great as they provide everything you need in one package. However they are definitely more expensive than building your own. I would say - if money is no object for you, buy one, but if you have to count the pennies to get what you want, put one together yourself. -
