New to this, have a cupboard 600Lx400Wx1700H, purchased a Mars 600w LED Full Spectrum Grow light, now have been told the light is too big for the cupboard. Would appreciate another opinion.

Who has told you the light is too big? It could probably light a larger area and, as such, is a bit wasteful. But if it is what you have and it fits in the space, then use it. If you paint the walls of the cupboard white then all that light will be reflected onto the plants. I reckon they will love it in there. -
Thank you, but I now think they might be right , the plants leaves are very droopy, and I made the mistake of starting the clone with the light on 24/7, and I don't want to risk it going stupid by turning the lights off now.Comment

Hey Oz Pal. 24/7 lights might be a bit much for fragile young cuttings. Switch the light onto 18/6 and back it off a bit. How high above the tips is it?Comment
