  • When is dry dry enough

First time one plant grower indoors. Harvested and small branches with small buds are drying since yesterday, Mon. Dry on outside but sill soft inside. Is only one day drying enough? Heater at 70 degrees. Airy and dark.

it takes a few days, I don't like drying them too fast myself, I have a humidifier in my drying room to keep the process to work slowly. You'll know when the branches snap when to try to bend them.

Hello Ma rat. Yes. slower is better. Normally you would be looking at a week to 2 weeks, depending on the size of buds, room temp, humidity etc. When the stems snap rather than bend you can put the trimmed buds in a jar and remove the lid for about half an hour per day for another week or two. This will cure the buds and make them smoke smoother ans with more flavour.
Have a read of this. The sections on drying and curing are at the bottom, but the whole thing is worth reading.
