Early on my plants were infested with whitefly. I hung 2 of those yellow fly strips that are super sticky and within 2 days they were covered with whiteflies! Haven't seen one since. Nice organic solution.
Cool. I now use them as a matter of course. The compost I buy nearly always comes with thrips/fungus gnats, even if I buy the top of the range brands. I hang yellow sticky strips next to the plants and they fill up with gnats over the course of the grow.
