Hello ! I just bought a foliar nutrient by mistake with NPK 1-11-12 and it is not good at this stage to apply it on the leaves. Is it wrong to apply it on the soil instead ?

I can't give you a definitive answer to this. You should try some online research. However my intuition says that yes it would be fine. Your foliar nutrient still contains nutes. It's just the delivery system that is different and the nutes selected for it are ones that can radily be absorbed by the leaves. They should be equally absorbable (sp?) by the root systems too.
