  • Know Your Rights - Voting for California Prop 64 is Soon

Okay, voting for California Proposition 64 will happen pretty soon. For those who don't know what's going on, please, go there and look. It's a pretty important thing, but what's more important is to know how it enlarges existing legislature. First and foremost, you need to know the rules that govern your current situation. Here goes a handy guide to Prop 215 and SB 420.

Knowing our rights is important and gives us the power to influence decisions and legislature. It also may help us to protect ourselves and ensure that our rights are respected.
Everything you need to know about what's really weed-legal under Prop 215 and SB 420. Make an educated decision on your cannabis actions

Yes, Proposition 64 is a great news for marijuana growers. But keep in mind that from 2018, recreational cannabis use may be legalized throughout US, but that has certain limitations in term of use and legality as well. In terms of growing, recreational marijuana users would be able to grow only 6 plants per residence, whereas, medical card holders would be able to grow up to 100 sq. feet of marijuana plants.
All in all, getting a medical marijuana card is the need of the hour for us MMJ patients, to not only get higher growing limits, but also to save taxes up to 14% as compared to recreational cannabis.
I always advise medical marijuana users to buy a medical card at the earliest and avail the three main benefits- Legality, complete access to medical marijuana dispensaries and savings.
In case you don't wish to visit a local store for getting a medical card, you can apply online as well. Just a quick search on google would give you a fair idea about the best online medical card providers available in your locality and according to your budget.

You're welcome. There are downsides too. This act feels weird in some logical sense.
