Newbie needs help with GSC grow

Hey guys I'm just gonna say this first yes I'm a newbie to this lol I got this clone of GSC it's now about 9 weeks old , it doesn't get much sunlight from my apartment sun room but it's really warm all the time n I've been giving it just tap water . If anyone knows any tips what fertalizer to add or if I should top it , I would b greatly appreciate it .

That poor plant looks starved for light to me... But it looks healthy enough that it would take off and grow vigorously if you were to bust out some grow lamps... Invest in an LED lamp.
