What does this actually refer to, the time from maturity to harvest? The grower of my clones says 9 weeks for the type I have. I understand it would vary depending on conditions. Thanks.

The time from onset of flower to maturity

You should normally start counting from the first signs of flowering, this normally starts about 2 weeks after flipping the lights.
