Bacterial infection

My wife just got out of the hospital yesterday. She has a bacterial infection, shes been smoking my weed I grow. It was all organic. Does anyone know of any corrolation between Bac Inf & weed. I did not have any fungus or bugs that I know of. It was an indoor soil grow.THX
