New Grower Seeking Help

im trying to grow weed for the first time ever i have never tryed it first time ever but idk if we have problems with the plants its been 5 daysand my plants are growing but not the same one is standing tall when the other one is barley showing and the rest are in the soil looking to come out why are they not growing the same size i have ne plant light and 2 led lights on them but dont know what i doing wrong i want them to grow another set of leafs but they are not im i worring to much or what
