Let me say hello to everyone. Could anybody please help me grow my marijuana seeds indoor. I have wrapped my seeds in a moist paper tissue and saw some white tail coming out after 2 days. Unfortunately, on the 3rd day, the white thing which I believe is the tail goes back in and doesn't come out anymore. I experimented several times but failed. Can somebody give me points to consider in growing MJ from seed?

Soak seed in water for 12-24 hrs and then place seeds on a moist paper towel. I put the towel/seeds between to saucers to keep it dark and moist. I usually get the seed to crack and sprout that tap root after a few days. I then place the sprouted seed in a rapid rooter plug and just keep it warm by a window and wait for the plant to grow.
