It's a start...I'm not a soil guy but I think that larger containers for the plants are essential for good growth. I would use st least a 3 gallon pot-bigger if you can. Are these grown outdoors or inside?

You're going to need to provide more info if you want people to help you.

Indoors or outdoors?
What lights have you got?
What strains are you growing?
What is in your soil mix?
Are you feeding them?

As gbauto says, you are going to want bigger pots.

The best thing for you to do is to read the pages on the website. Start off here and read all you can. There is enough info on the site to enable you to grow weed successfully, you're going to have to do some research though.
