Do you have any gnats in the grow room? Or mites?
It's hard to see but this looks a bit like pest damage. Have a good look at the leaves with a good magnifier. Don't forget to look underneath the leaves too. -

are you using a foliant spray? Anyway, they look like very young plants, and i would just stick to your routine for a couple of weeks and see how it goes from there. Post more pic's if things get worse though.
