Hello Nick. I've done a few CFL grows. I think you can find some of them on here.
In a space as small as you have there I'm gonna agree with Schmokin. I would squeeze just one big bulb in there. You can get a 300, but not sure how much heat it would generate in that space. If you can get plenty of air circulating it might work.

Hey Nick. Welcome. You need the most you can get in there without burning the plant. Can you fit a big 125 or 250 watt in there?
