Temperature differential between night and day.

Hey folks educating myself on the ins and out of growing. Brand new to this. My question for today - temperature control. I have read that I want my cabinet to be cooler at night than in the day. How is this done? Do I have to manually adjust my temperature during the dark period or Is there a timer that I can buy to controll the temperature in my unit automatically? Any feedback would be great.

Hi. It really depends on your environment and local climate. Where I live the tent is naturally cooler at night than in the day time. If this is not the case for you can simply adjust your heating/air con with a timer as you say. Or fit a thermostatically controlled heating unit.
