plant for grow room

just built grow closet 32inch x 32 inch, 6 feet high, 400 watt MH in a reflector, need what plant i should use and how many and what size pot

It depends very much on what strains and methods you choose to use. You could go with an autoflowering variety like Lowryder #2 in a SOG set up and get around 16. Or if you wanted to grow standards (White Rhino for example) I'd say about 4-6. Or if you wanted to SCROG a vigorous sativa you could just use 1 or 2 on a frame that fits the tent footprint and veg them until it's full.
