Are these Pollen sacks, posible Male from bag seed

Hey looking for help, new grower from bag seed. organics 3x2x5 tent 12, 23 watt CFL's with 9 plants in 4 weeks into veg, 18/6 light cycle. Feeding with Roots Organics Player pack.
I was cleaning and checking my plants when I saw this? Thought to myself there no way these are pollen sacks at 4 weeks into veg? Saw 4 of them hanging off my plant. Got scared and immediately pulled this plant and put outside till I can confirm what is going on??
