I am for sure new at this But learning real fast DO not over water ... I spent enough on the indoor tent and using 2-350 watt clf which is 65 watt ..I wasted a month from over watering them .. still only around 6 in tall . coming back nice will they there full height..

Good drainage helps with this too. The roots require oxygen and that is why allowing the plants to dry out is important. If the roots are waterlogged they can't get any oxygen.
Was it you that said you had 40% perlite? This is excellent. Also, don't tamp down the soil too hard when potting up, leave it nice and loose to allow for drainage and air pockets.Comment
