What trim is usable to make edibles?

Can I only use trim from the final cut buds or can I use trim from pruning during the entire the veg and flower phase? Do I only use leaves or can I use stems as well?

I don't know about anybody else, but I only use it from the final cut. Trim from veg goes in the bin here.
Again just talking for myself, but I only use the small trim leaves for edibles and oil- nothing too big. I do have a friend who makes bhang from the stems and he reckons it's great. Haven't done it myself yet but may do next time.
