All but one of my 10 seedlings have sprouted and they're now under LED lights. What on/off light cycle do you recommend for seedlings less than 2 weeks old?

give them 24/7 for a week then switch to 18/6, and whats the height of the LED over the seedlings? or even better what type of LED ya using? More info bud. -
Katzie, thank you for the quick reply. I have them currently on 18/6. I'll bump that up for another week if you think that's the smart way to go.
I'm using the VIPARSPECTRA 450W LED grow light (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015FLSOCE). The seedlings were about 6 inches from the light but two of the seedlings were getting lanky, so I raised them to within three inches or so of the light. Everybody seems happier now. I'll "overpot" the two lanky seedlings when I transplant them.
