I'm going to go ahead and say yes mate. I've heard that Prakasa are OK. They're saying it's equivalent to 200W HiD and that would be plenty for a single plant. It's got 5W chips which are pretty powerful. So I reckon yes.
One thing with LEDs is that they work better on a flat canopy. So have a read about some of the training techniques I left a link for on your other post. I use LEDs myself and like to train the plants out to present a flatter surface to the light. Nothing major. Read about topping and LST.
