IS the light meant to be in 12/12 mode? If so, and you have inadvertently left it on for 24 hours you may have stressed the plant. This can often be the cause of hermying plants. However, it is totally possioble that you can revert to 12/12 and the plant will recover. All you can do is wait and watch for hermie flowers. These look like tiny banana shaped flowers coming out of the top of the buds.
